MY STORY: FROM ROCK BOTTOM TO PURPOSE

I’ve lived through chaos - leaving the army, losing structure, falling into addiction, crime, homelessness, and years of mental health struggles.

Fast forward to today:
A stable life, a family I’m proud of, and a purpose built through fitness, discipline, and consistency.

Fitness didn’t just improve my life.
It saved it.
